From Volusia County, Florida, Abby Marion is the owner and publisher of First Place Florida.
Abby is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in agricultural communications. Aside from First Place Florida, she currently works as the marketing director for a wholesale agricultural business in Volusia County. She has also worked as an urban agricultural educator and at a digital marketing agency with diverse clients. Abby has also interned with UF/IFAS Extension, the National FFA Organization, a major livestock show, and an agricultural non-profit she helped to establish.

On Wednesday, March 11, the Southeastern Livestock Exposition hosted their annual Youth and Collegiate Livestock Judging Contest at the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery, Ala. where youth from three Florida counties participated.
